By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: IMG Babes service is not responsible for any damage or loss of data stored on its servers. Users who use our services should take full responsibility of what they upload, we are not responsible for any uploaded content. You agree to indemnify and hold IMG Babes harmless from any claims resulting from the use of service. You are allowed to create only one account. If we found multiple accounts for the same person, we will ban all the accounts and earnings will not be paid. You agree to not use the IMG Babes services to: 1- Upload child pornography or any type of images that involve minors, doesn't matter if they are dressed. 2- Upload bestiality, scat, zoophilia or gore is also prohibited. 3- Upload copyrighted material or content that you don't have the right to distribute. 4- Using images for SPAM activities We reserve the right to terminate service or refuse payment, at our sole discretion if you are: -Sending automated hits to generate views of your images. -Using bots, proxys, autosurfers, iframes, autoclickers. -Sending traffic from reddit, twitter, facebook, stumbleupon, digg or similar sites is forbidden. -Trying to manipulate our system to generate views. -Trying to hack other people's accounts. -Make sure your images are clickable, if all your traffic does not have any refer then it will be considered as fake traffic. Otherwise you should justify your traffic sources. IMG Babes is commited to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
